Manchester Business School delivers original thinking and teaching, informed by the contemporary commercial environment.

Background to #Creativity & Innovation in the GCC Research Programme:

Dr Mark Batey, a world-leading researcher of creativity and innovation and Principle Investigator for this research programme, conducted focus group interviews with public and private sector leaders in every country of the GCC.

In each focus group, the leaders discussed 5 key areas:
1. What does creativity and innovation mean?
2. What is the unique context for working in your country?
3. What are the natural strengths that will encourage creativity and innovation?
4. What might be the barriers to creativity and innovation?
5. What can we do to encourage more creativity and innovation?

The insights and wisdom provided by the leaders has been used to design the survey which can be completed in Arabic or English.
